Construction has started on the latest development within the $400 million Lakeside precinct at Serenity 4212 on the northern Gold Coast. And now buyers have the opportunity to get their first look at the design plans ahead of the launch of Lakeside Apartments next month.

Joint venture partners Keylin and Kinstone Group have appointed Queensland builder CoStruct to deliver Lakeside Apartments, which is a collection of 85 two and three-bedroom apartments across two four-level residential buildings with views across Lake Serenity, the Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area and Surfers Paradise skyline.

Lakeside development manager Joe Simpson said Serenity 4212 remained one of the most active masterplanned communities on the Gold Coast.

โ€œSince launching our first stage at Serenity 4212, we havenโ€™t stopped delivering,โ€ Simpson said. โ€œThrough the challenges of Covid and even major weather events, weโ€™ve continued to build on time and to a high standard.

โ€œWeโ€™ve successfully sold out Serenity Waters, Serenity Reserve, and Serenity Green, with Lakeside Villas well underway and on track for completion by Spring 2025.

โ€œThe proof is in the progressโ€”buyers can see that when we commit to a project, we deliver.โ€ Simpson said, adding that the developer had successfully partnered with CoStruct on other projects, including the Oria development in Spring Hill.

With prices starting at $939,000* for a two-bedroom apartment in Lakeside Apartments, future residents will have access to a 20m resort-style pool, jacuzzi, gym, private dining room, dog off-leash area, and kayaks available for hire.

The Lakeside Apartments will be ready to move into by Spring 2027.

Lakesideโ€™s sales lead, Ashwin Property Director Tony Ashwin, said the Lakeside Apartments were meeting strong demand.

โ€œThis development meets where the majority of the market is today โ€“ which is in the middle,โ€ Ashwin said.

โ€œThe northern Gold Coast is in high demand, and weโ€™ll only continue to see Helensvale demand increase because of growing infrastructure as well as its connection to heavy and light rail, linking to Brisbane and the rest of the Gold Coast.

โ€œWith the development of the Coomera Connector, the new Hope Island Train Station, Coomera Hospital and a proposed private day hospital, its unparalleled location is also minutes from major employment areas including the GC Health & Knowledge Precinct.โ€

Lakeside precinct within Serenity 4212 has been masterplanned to prioritise nature, privacy and lifestyle, offering spacious low density living.

Located on the fringe of Hope Island, and in one of the fastest growing regions in Queensland, Serenity 4212 is a peninsula community bordered by a private lake and the 1200ha Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area.

More than one-third of the 65ha master plan is dedicated as nature reserve, while a further 10ha has been transformed into parkland.

Keylin and Joint Venture partner Kinstone Group are also planting nearly 2000 new trees and 45,000 plants, and are rehabilitating the neighbouring habitat which is home to over 270 animal species.

Lakeside Apartments sales will launch early September.
