There’s something special about watching a new home come to life — and at Lakeside Apartments, there’s plenty of progress to share.
The structure is now rising above Lake Serenity, with concrete poured from the basement through to Level 3 and work moving towards Level 4.
From here, only six major concrete pours remain before the structure reaches the roof — an exciting milestone that is getting closer with every update.
And it’s not just the building you can see taking shape.
Behind the scenes, services are progressing through the basement and ground floor, while glazing installation has now commenced, bringing another layer of the building to life.
